  • Cooperate throughout the project.
  • Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable period.
  • Ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions for any materials provided to us.

Delays in providing information or approvals may affect project timelines.

4. Fees, Payments & Billing

  • Payment terms will be agreed before work commences.
  • Services may require full or partial payment in advance.
  • Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Revisions & Deliverables

  • Final deliverables will be supplied once all outstanding payments have been received in full.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All work, designs, reports, strategies, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Bluethium Ltd until full payment has been received.
  • Ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the Client upon receipt of full payment.
  • Bluethium Ltd reserves the right to display completed work within its portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional content unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.

7. Project Timelines

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Project schedules depend upon:

  • Timely client communication.
  • Prompt provision of required materials.
  • Scope changes requested during the project.

Bluethium Ltd shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by giving written notice to the other party.

Upon termination:

  • The Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
  • Any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • Bluethium Ltd reserves the right to terminate services where payment obligations are not met or where abusive or unlawful conduct occurs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bluethium Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use of our website or services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the relevant services.
